    Answer simple questions about your property / deed conveyance needs using our online form. Once you submit the form for review, we will email you a copy of your responses along with an invoice.

    - average time for completion: 5 – 7 minutes.

  • STEP 2: PAY & REVIEW

    Once you pay the Invoice, Deed Queen will prepare and deliver the Deed to you via e-mail so that you can download the deed, review it for accuracy, and print it. If you need to make changes, corrections are included at no additional charge.

  • STEP 3: MAKE IT OFFICIAL

    Once the deed is final, it is time to make it official by signing, notarizing and recording it.

    The Glitzy Gold & Pink Platinum Deed Preparation Packages will have signed documents returned to us for assembly and recording. Deed Queen will then send you a copy of the recorded deed 😊
