WHAT IS A TIMESHARE DEED?
A Timeshare Deed is a form of timeshare ownership in which the individual legally owns a percentage of their timeshare unit. Most deeded timeshare is transferable, meaning it can be gifted, passed onto children or family, rented or sold at the owner’s discretion.

- Remove former spouse as owner
- Fund or transfer timeshare into living trust
- Gift a timeshare
- Add or remove co-owner of a timeshare

DEED QUEEN CAN RECORD THE DEED FOR YOU
Vacation resort management companies will not recognize a change in ownership without a recorded deed.
